Our Customer Liaison Advisors are available to help customers who need additional assistance or support throughout the claim settlement process.
The following people will be responsible for assisting you through the process. Representatives from Southern Response and Arrow International work together and with you, to keep everything on track.
Southern Response is the government-owned company responsible for settling claims by AMI policyholders for Canterbury earthquake damage which occurred before 5 April 2012 (the date AMI was sold to IAG).
