portal
The customer portal is an adaptation of theprojectmanagersmonitoring
tool, designed specifically for useby customers of SouthernResponsewho
are having a repair or rebuildmanagedbyArrow International. This specially
designedonline tracking system allows you toquickly and easily view how
your repair or rebuild is progressing, whenever it suits you.
Theportal is accessed via a
securepageonour website.It’s easy to use and allows you to view the
status of ongoing activities, stay up todate, plan ahead, andmake timely decisions. All you need
todo to use the customer portal is to register your detailswith your claims specialist.
Here’s how toget started:
• Confirm that you have elected to repair or rebuildwith SouthernResponse and
Arrow International
• Contact your claims specialist (see contact details onpage58) to register an account for
the customer portal
• Confirm your supplied email address (required for login) with your claims specialist
Once your details are confirmed and access is granted, your customer portal
accountwill be set up:
• Youwill receive an activation email, which includes a link and a temporary password
• Activate your account using the temporary password and your policy number
• Once thedetails are verified, youwill be asked to select apersonalisedpassword
• Youwill thenbedirected to the
customer portal loginpage• You can start viewing theprogress on your repair or rebuild and return to this
pagewhenever you like
