Your projectmanagers

Theother key parties involvedwith the repair or rebuildof your house are SouthernResponse,

projectmanagersArrow International, you, and thebuilding company assigned to your project.

Arrow International works closelywith SouthernResponse toensure that all repair or rebuild

projects are undertaken in accordancewith the individual building contract, and that works have

been completed to the required industry standard and administered correctly. Projectmanagerswill

guide you throughmatters relating to thebuildingprocess during the repair or rebuild. Theywill be

involved from the initial scopeof works sitemeeting to the completionof works andwill manage

and co-ordinate the necessary paperwork, consents, construction, fixtures, fittings and themyriadof

other requirements typical of a residential project. Youwill have twoprojectmanagers. The first will

guide you through thedesignphase, including council consenting, to thepoint of a contract signing.

The secondprojectmanager will bededicated toguiding you through the constructionphaseof

your home andwill work alongside the repair or rebuild contractor.
