We can confirm today that Chief Executive Peter Rose will be stepping down in the mid-year, as previously indicated at the October 2015 Annual Meeting.
The search for his replacement has begun.
Southern Response Board Chair Ross Butler says the leadership Mr Rose has provided has been invaluable.
“Peter’s experience and ability to adapt quickly has provided the organisation with strong leadership to get the right systems in place. This has enabled thousands of Cantabrians to resolve their claims and get back into safe, quality homes they could trust, or cash settle and move on with their lives.
“At the Board’s request, Peter has stayed on longer than was originally intended. We are extremely proud of Peter and the contributions he has made in a tough environment, and he leaves us with the highest regard of the Board of Southern Response.
“Peter’s decision to give his early notice will mean we can commence the search for his replacement, ensuring a smooth transition.”
With our systems and processes firmly established and an experienced team in place, we are committed to working with all of our remaining customers to settle their claims as quickly as possible.
If you have any questions regarding your claim, please do not hesitate to contact your claims specialist or project manager.
