The findings from the Declaratory Judgement High Court Hearing will be released today. Once released we will review, assess the potential impact on our customers and subsequently determine our position.
Until we have determined what this may mean for our customers, there will be no changes to our current policies and handling of claims. Our priority will be to review the findings and communicate with all our customers and stakeholders as soon as we are in a position to do so.
