Southern Response has an internal complaints process for customers who wish to make a formal complaint about the customer service they receive from Southern Response.
A complaint can be made in any of the following ways:

- by completing the online Complaints Form below;
- by emailing complaints@southernresponse.co.nz;
- by posting a letter to: Southern Response Complaints, PO Box 9052, Tower Junction, Christchurch 8149; or
- by phoning 0800 501 525.
Southern Response will acknowledge any complaint within 5 business days of receiving it.
