This seminar is intended for homeowners who last year heard from the Earthquake Commission (EQC) that their property potentially has ILV land damage and who will have by early next year received from EQC a confirmation whether or not they have this type of land damage.

EQC - Increased Liquefaction Vulnerability (ILV) land damage – what it is and how does a property qualify for it will be held today, and again on Thursday 19th November. These seminars will take place at the In the Know Hub, Eastgate Shopping Centre from 1pm-2pm and from 6pm-7pm. The seminar will be presented by Keith Land, EQC Head of Canterbury Land, along with a representative from EQC’s engineers Tonkin+Taylor. There will also be an opportunity for visitors to ask questions following the presentation.

Due to limited space and the popularity of these seminars, visitors are encouraged to book a seat in advance by calling 0800 777 482. All hub seminars are also filmed, and are available for viewing here
