2015 Awards for contractors excelling in Health and Safety

Our goal is to see Cantabrians back in safe and quality homes, or settle their claims, as quickly as possible. For the repairs and rebuilds we manage as part of our programme, the safety and wellbeing of those working on and visiting each site is our priority.

A new initiative that we have recently implemented is to recognise those of our contractors who excel in regards to their Health and Safety practises, commitment and culture on site. The first of these six-monthly ceremonies took place last month, with five contractors taking out the awards in their respective categories. The awards are intended as a goal for contractors to aspire to, fostering a stronger Health and Safety culture in our programme and on our sites.

The results of last week’s awards ceremony were as follows:
