Temporary Accommodation Assistance (TAA) programme to be extended

Recently, it has been announced that the Temporary Accommodation Assistance (TAA) programme will be extended, from March 2015 to October 2015.

The TAA was established for earthquake victims in Canterbury, following the first earthquake in 2010, to support homeowners with the additional costs of residing in temporary accommodation while repair work is carried out. The future of the programme will be reviewed again in mid 2015.
