Southern Response is providing these reports to the public in the interests of transparency and has considered the public interest in deciding whether to withhold any of the information contained in the report. 

Southern Response has deemed it necessary to withhold the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:

·         9(2)(a) – to protect the privacy of natural persons

·         9(2)(b)(ii) – unreasonably prejudicial to commercial position

·         9(2)(i) – prejudice to commercial activities

·         9(2)(j) – prejudice to negotiations
